Exciting news for parachute fans, Semroc will soon have in stock a new parachute design that will start showing up in all of their kits.  This one is scale in shape and color to the chutes used during the Apollo capsule recoveries.  Orange and white in color with thee scale number of gores.  It will be a fun addition to scale modeling of Saturn in 2019 as we approach the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing and recovery of the Astronauts of Apollo 11.

The parachute is designed with 4 parachutes built in.  You can chose your parachute size from 12" to 15" to 18" or 24".  All are included, just cut on the dotted line.  The parachutes are 6 sided and each kit includes 12 Unbreakable reinforcement rings for both sides of the chute.  Each kit contains enough Upholstery thread for the shroud lines to make a 24" chute so smaller size chutes will have a little extra line in the package.  Follow the assembly instructions to get an attachment point that is stronger than most methods and easily replaced if one does get damaged.
