Odd'l Rockets Adeptor - Converts Tripod into a Launch Pad
The Odd'l Rockets Adeptor allows you to easily attach a 1/8" or 3/16" launch rod to a standard camera tripod. This turns the tripod into a professional-looking, and easy-to-use launch pad. The rocket is raised off the ground making it easier to prep and see at lift-off
Most tripods make it easy to adjust the launch angle and to tilt the launch pad to allow the rocket to be placed on the rod
A tripod and blast deflector are not included
An inexpensive tripod designed for standard-sized cameras can support most model rockets
A blast deflector is required. You can use one from an Estes or Quest launch pad or fashion one from a piece of metal. The photos show the Adeptor being used with the blast deflector from an Estes launch pad. The Adeptor also works with Odd'l Rockets' Blast!, though you may have to enlarge the opening on the bottom of the Blast! slightly

Great idea and works with my camera tripod. Allows me to work on my rockets and lunch them chest level and not on the ground.
