Replacement for Astron Scout/Golden Scout NC
I bought this BNC-20LS to replace the original ogive Estes BNC-20B -style nose cone included in the Semroc Golden Scout kit. Its more elliptical shape is very similar to the authentic nose cone shape depicted in the 1970s vintage Estes Astron Scout kit card photo and printed in Estes catalogs of that era. Machining quality was consistent with the best balsa nose cones of that time, and with the high quality of nose cones offered by BMS/Semroc today.
